Ant Detail.egg

I felt I should explain way I drew an ant from the perspective of a flee.

I dont do fruit bowls. I will never do a fruit bowl. The world has enough fruit bowls. This ant is my fruit bowl. It fits the same criteria, multiple shapes and angles under the same lighting source. If I was paid to do a fruit bowl, or if my life depended on me drawing a fruit bowl, then I would probably do it from the perspective of the International Space Station, I would title it 42 Billion Fruit Bowl. ( thats actually pretty good I just might have to do that )

I am happy about this one. I wanted to see just how far I could go with as much detail as I could get. I was not sure about the shadow, but I had to try. I seen to be having trouble with my color. I don't know if its my chart or my monitor, but they are not matching up, so I used pink and purple instead of earth tones. If I could use my pencils you would be running for your lives right now. It driving the virgo in me crazy. I will figure it out. What do you think, Do you like it? It was hard to find a ant this time of the year to model for me and there just is not enough ant agencies.. LOL

I am having a problem when I go to save the file and I end up with more than one version. Sorry about the three versions I am trying to do them in one.

The first version is the best it has all the shadowing, I will fix it later.

Thanks for all the Stars. I will be stoping by your pages really soon.

now that is the size and colour all ants should be ! that would stop people stomping on them and they would eat all the fruit from all the fruit bowls and no one would ever have to draw fruit again :))

oh nice job btw :D

I add a few affects to this yesterday.. I made him more metallic. He really makes a great looking toy. I think I should try and come up with some friends for him.
