For the little dew drops I drew two white dots on a layer with the add blend mode, one big one and one smaller one on it's bottom left side. then I drew dark pink lines shadowing the highlights. For a couple of the slightly bigger drops, I added a highlight right above the shadow, at a smaller contrast.
