After some of the outcry over our last post showing Hillary Clinton shedding her skin in Aviary's online image editor, we had to prove to everyone that we are non-partisan and love both candidates. In fact, we love them SO much, we figured we'd make them mate and produce a love child super-candidate.

Meowza and Daft Punk team up to show just how much better off the world would be if enemies mated with each other, with hilarious results.
For those of you new to this blog, this was not created in Photoshop. It was created in Aviary, a suite of online web applications. You can sign up for the beta invitation at http://a.viary.com.

Yup - those are in there. If you are able to watch the videos you'll see meowza makes extensive use of them. We're working on a full feature list right now.

Sorry, missed that last note about you not being able to watch youtube... unfortunately that's the only web host we use for now. The videos are fantastic - if you can watch them from home I really encourage it!

Oh one last note (I feel like I'm spamming my own blog). This was the last political one we're going to do for a while. The next one will show how Peacock and Phoenix work together to produce some amazing results.

awesome! im excited to see some more stuff and awaiting for my egg to hatch, and to receive my beta invite. i am a huge nature lover, especially birds, so i am totally onboard with the bird theme. i wasnt this excited when CS3 came out, because I knew i couldn't afford them, but I CANT WAIT FOR THIS!!! Keep up the good work. btw, has development started on any programs other than hummer, peacock, pheonix, and raven?

This is really great, I think a lot of Linux users will be using your products. Did you test it on Linux? I can help you with that when you send me the beta invitation. Another question, do you intend to offer aviary products for free, or is it going to be a paid for service?

Ooooh yay I was wondering when we'd get to work with Phoenix and Peacock together! ^_^ Sweet work as usual Mewz.

@ Mardawi Phoenix is being developed mainly on Linux ;)

Hey guys... just wondering what the situation is with the Beta invites. I was the 63rd person to Digg the previous Hilary mock-up yet I've not received an invite yet? It wouldn't bother if the tools didn't look so amazing!!! Cheers, Andy (Scotland)

Sent you one Andy. Let me know if you didn't get it.

Hi, do we have to notify you because of the digg-beta-invites? I was the 16th digger and also still have no invite ... And I really would like to test Phoenix out! Cheers, Hoazl

Avi, Impressive... and non-Britney to boot! Question though. I have still to figure out just how to sign into you website. Certain things require a sign-in and password, but I find, even after mailing two times to Aviary and getting no answer, still no way to sign in, get a password so I can sign in, request a Beta invitation or such. Please clear up how to get an invitation, how to contact someone, etc. I can't be the only one that just can't find out how all this works. Clearing this up will help ensure we don't lose interest....;-)

Andrew - you can sign up by requesting an invitation. We're sending them out semi-randomly to people on the list so you can "win" one by luck of the draw (though commenting here helps). For what it's worth - I haven't seen any emails from you. We can be reached at aviary(a-t)worth1000.com

Avi, Check your mail now, so we don't clog this blog with what essentially something not part of this discussion...Thanks! Andrew.

This is absolutely incredible. The videos with Britney and the Hilary Lizard were amazing as well. To tell you the truth, I have not heard about this untill today, and I sure am glad that I stumbled upon it. I am looking forward to trying this out. Awesome work guys.

It was the day of the big sale. Rumors of the sale (and some advertising in the local paper) were the main reason for the long line that formed by 8:30, the store's opening time, in front of the store.

hey guys, nice job...i guess. that sort of political satire/photoshoppyness isnt really my style, but you seem to pull it off well. i would really like to watch some of the videos on your site that showcase how pheonix works, ect., but my proxy blocks youtube, and the download links aren't working, some kind of error message about AJAX pops up. i dont know if youd be able to fix it, but i'd sure appreciate it. on a side note, what are the features you've builtin/planning on building in to pheonix(other programs as well if possible)? specifically, are there going to be layer styles, like in PS. they are something that I suppose could be faked, but including them in that manner would really be awesome. thanks, zach
