Blur the image at specific drawn points

Purpose
Blur areas of an image by drawing on it.

Location in Phoenix
The blur tool is ninth in the Phoenix toolbar (or second from the bottom), behind the Smudge icon.

How to Use
Choose your brush settings and then simply drag your brush over the areas you wish to blur.

Options

Brush
Select a brush shape. Custom brush support coming soon.

Size
Choose your brush size, from 1- 100.

Hardness
Choose how soft the edges of your brush will be, from 1-100.
