That's right!
In fact, Dodo's been actively in Beta since the start and you have had access to it.
In fact, the Dodo is nothing but the Phoenix in disguise.

A few people have asked me to break down some of the videos I do for Aviary into steps.
So I'll attempt to do so with these "Tip of the Day" type posts.
For the last few who haven't figured it out yet, sorry, there is no actual Dodo program.
But I'll show you how you can fool all your friends next year!

First, I'll start with our original pic, and find one (or several, if you want) "old people" sources with very defined wrinkles, that roughly fit the general perspective and lighting of the original.

Now, let's get to work.
Gravity sets in as you age, let's emulate that first. I'd start by taking the liquify tool and start dragging down portions of the figure adding mass and pulling in a downward direction to simulate the losing battle against gravity.

Now we start assembling the face.
First I'd start by selecting areas of the face one by one. I started with the forehead here.
Using the Lasso tool, I roughly selected the segment and pasted it onto a new layer.

I'll temporarily lower the opacity of this layer and using the Distortion Tool, I'll adjust the forehead to fit our original figure.

Using the Eraser Tool set at 0 Hardness, I'll go on to soften the edges of the forehead to blend best into the rest.

At this point, it's painfully clear that the forehead is too orange and too highly saturated.
Easy fix. We pull up the Hue/Saturation Menu under the Image tab, and adjust those things like so,

Then we can go on to select other areas of the face through the exact same process.
Note, be careful to leave the original figures general face shape, eyes, shape of mouth, etc in tact. You don't want to risk completely losing all sense of recognizability by overlooking the figure's defining characteristics.

To increase the look of aging, it's sometimes a good idea to drop some of the saturation in our figure. Especially in areas like the lips.
So in this case, I copied the original figures lips into a new layer, and dropped the color level of them slightly.

And also colored in some of the teeth for fun!

And finally, I selected the glasses off of our original figure and pasted it on the topmost layer.
And simply using the eraser tool, I erased everything but the frames.

And there you have it, free Dodo!

So next year, pick out your favorite victim, create your own dodo image, and they shall be quite the April fool.
